About the system: it only requires one brewmaster. The kettle and mash ton are designed for 3.5 bbl and the fermentors will hold 7 barrels each. 2 brews at a time for maximum capacity. 2 brite tanks holding 14 barrels and 2 fermentors holding 14 barrels. Cycling every 14 days. This is a manageable workload that leaves time for maintenance.
The graphic art work is incredible. Everything is ready for use. This includes all registered beer labels for distribution, merchandising such as t shirts, hats, glassware, posters and menus. Advertising contracts can be easily transferred.
Staffing and Housing: typically this can be a large problem on kelleys Island. You will have the advantage to house your staff independently.
